Pork from Shanxi Nanshan Baishi Shian Husbandry Co., Ltd. was examined by the professional testing agency PONI Testing. According to the testing report, the pork ham at 20.2g/100mg and the pork belly at 20.4g/100mg of protein have successfully achieved the world record of “pork with the highest protein content”.（The certification result of the record was obtained from the samples submitted by the applicant, Shanxi Nanshan Baishi Shian Husbandry Co., Ltd. to Pony Testing International Group for test on June 19, 2020. The product test of the applicant's subsequent production remains to be updated.）
